Write to us. A real person reads every message.
We aim to reply within a few working days. Requests about your privacy and data get an answer within 30 days. There’s no contact form, so nothing you type here is stored by this website.
Help with the app
Tell us what you were doing and what happened. It helps to include your phone model, your Android version and the app version (Settings → About).
A mistake in a word
You can report a problem from the word’s page in the app. Or email us the word and what looks wrong.
Purchases and refunds
Payments, refunds and subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Cancel in the app (Settings → Premium) or in Google Play. If something went wrong with Premium, write to us and we’ll help.
Privacy and your data
WordShine has no account. Your progress is on your phone: erase it in Settings → Your data, or uninstall the app. For any other request, see the privacy policy and write to us.
